To ensure the best results, we recommend cleaning and decluttering each room, opening blinds for natural light, turning on all interior lights, and ensuring that all outdoor spaces are well-maintained. We provide a preparation checklist to help guide you before our arrival.

5. How long does a photoshoot take?
The duration depends on the size of the property and the services requested. Typically:

  • Standard home photography: 45 minutes – 1.5 hours

  • Video walkthroughs: 1 – 2 hours

  • Aerial/drone photography: 30 – 45 minutes

We deliver high-resolution edited images within 24-48 hours. Video walkthroughs and virtual tours may take an additional 24-48 hours, depending on the complexity of the project.
